Hotel Catharina Paraguaçu

Lovely hotel in really nice safe area of Salvador with good night life n restaurants beside some nice beaches. Set in beautiful old colonial building with a beautiful architect designed modern extension with lovely gardens and courtyard's and some lovely modern art.really excellent breakfast and very very helpful staff when we lost a phone and one of our party had to cut their trip short. An excellent choice, way better than Pellegrino.highly recommended and good value.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and large and the breakfast was great.

Lovely sprawling hotel interior, nice touches. Helpful staff, nice beach view from room, good breakfast. Nice Square with bar/restaurant. 2 small beaches close by.

The best part of the hotel is the staff. They are very friendly. I really liked the staff, especially the young guy that works at the parking. I think his name is Emerson. He was very helpful!
